As we described in Mexican FMMs, FM2s, FM3s: DIY? article, the National Migration Institute (INM) has issued changes to immigration rules to simplify and clarify the requirements for immigration to México, effective May 1, 2010.

“New migratory forms for Non-Immigrants and Immigrants. ” to go to the forms page you need.

YucaLandia was the first on-line ex-pat and expat websites to describe how after April 30, 2010, applicants for Mexican visas and renewals of visas will be able to apply on-line.
