Helpful INM Web Page: http://www.inm.gob.mx/EN/index.php?page/migratory_facilitation for options in English for options in English – and then choose
“New migratory forms for Non-Immigrants and Immigrants. ” to go to the forms page you need.

There are some useful notes/tricks to making their website work.  These are listed in the full article (click on link INM’s New Visa Application Procedure) under the May 10 Updates section.

YucaLandia was the first on-line ex-pat and expat websites to describe how after April 30, 2010, applicants for Mexican visas and renewals of visas will be able to apply on-line.
